And about the ephemeras, a lot, you can buy them, you can get from liches, from the stalker, baroo sell them i think. Nightwave gives sometime i think. And im sure theres a couple more i just dont remember them edit: https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Ephemera theres all of them, theres a lot
-Wait until Ciphon starts sucking Kuva cloud
-Use operator to dash or shoot it
-Repeat 4 times
-Finish the mission
Ephemeras are scattered little bit everywhere. Arbitration drops, Baro Ki'Teer has one, Liches and Parvos Sisters, Stalker has one. I recommend checking from Wiki where you find them.
If you're after Kuva relics to get the mods, you're best off ignoring the normal Siphon missions and just doing the Floods for guaranteed drop chances, unless you really want to clear those siphons.
(Relics also have chances to drop by killing thralls on Lich nodes, but I wouldn't rely on that, I'd do that after I have enough mods to start stabbing)
To be honest, I'm not sure why the hell I would need/want to do Kuva missions, there's just a whole system built for it in the game, almost like a dedicated expansion. I see prompts for it everywhere.
Tell me, what can I benefit from by doing these Kuva missions?
There are some items that need it so it's not bad idea to have about 1000-2000 in your inventory. Easier Kuva missions give about 300 Kuva but Kuva Flood gives about 1000-1200. Kuva is mostly for rolling stats for Riven mods.
If you wonder what Riven mods are they for weapons:

Yeah, I definitely need me some cards like that. I'm at the point in the game where I have all the basic Warframe and weapon mods maxed out, but now need to hunt down the special/endgame mods like the one in your screenshot.
That's when I started exploring things like this Kuva system to better understand it and start farming what I need to.. I'm not a huge fan of needing to do 4-6 different things before earning a chance to get a card drop like that, but that's just Warframe I suppose. King of prerequisite requirements.
