DE kick bot needs a rework

Seriously, the kick bot banning me from chat because of a literal description of my warframe's colors.. this is actually ridiculous!

Forgot to add, check the chat box in the picture for Empress_Shark, thats what I said that got the ban.

Did you use the word "black"? The word black is now offensive in USA and Canada. Can't use it anymore. You'll have to go with very dark grey.

Can you repeat what you said in chat here? the pic only show you are chat banned and not what you actual said, you might be saying something else that actually got you banned but i'm not surprised if the bot did ban you for other weird reason too. Anyway it just chat ban, You still can play they game as usual,

well DE has a zero tolerance policy so if he used the N word it would of been a game ban not a chat ban right? im not going to test it obviously but pretty sure something like that would be game banned instantly... surely he only said black right?... right?

It could be because Fruit has been know as a slander against gay culture at times... so saying "Heres some fruit" Would make it seem like Nidus is a sladered gay"

no real clue... but thats about the worst i could think of from what they said that could be a reason to the chat ban

Regardless, if it was an automatic "ban" then it will usually dissapear if you restart the game as it's actually a kick. The bots can't ban you, only kick. If you get banned it means a human moderator did it and you're best to contact support for clarification as can not answer you in-game.

'fruit' wouldnt get you banned or kicked...

Ive been chat banned once for a few days, and that was from being in a chat argument and the ban came from a mod, along with a private message explaining the ban... ive been kicked from chat for a bit from accidental trigger words or typing the wrong things in the wrong chat, they dont have an explanation attached (unless its one kickbot recognises like typing recruit or trade stuff in the wrong channel) you just get kicked out and cant get back in for a bit.

Feels like theres definitely some more to this the op hasnt mentioned.

just don't use ingame chat except for trading, use another platform for communication like discord- pain in the butt, but at least you don't have to deal with the boomer ass 'morality code check' that is kickbot, plus the moderators can be self absorbed little *'s as well and they are allowed to do whatever they please so at this point it's best to just avoid ingame chat- trust me it really sucks not being able to trade because a chat moderator or bot decided to chat ban you for a few months over nothing
