good mastery rank 4 weapon?

Market terminal
search for Lex or look for it under the Secondary section.
Make sure you don't have filters excluding already own items clicked/on.

I happen to have 3 Lex Primes, all of'em built by me due to collecting that sort of relics when those were available and/or from Baroo when it sells those.
Although, and on a side note, I must point out that 2 of my Lex Primes remain unlevelled and am mostly waiting to make my owned Aklex Prime relic (which currently can only acquired from Baroo) to become radiant for me to take my RNG (random number generator) shot at it.

Edit note: As for a decent MR4 weapon I'm not sure if the Dera Vandal qualifies for such but from ever since I've Hush modded it it has been an somewhat of a stapple gun for me to use upon open worlds without drawing too much unwanted attention like for example the atrocious Cambion Drift's infested spawning spree.

I don't have good picks for 2nd/melee, but swearing by the Hek is best.
