As for Nitain Extracts, your best bet outside of Nora's Nightave cred offerings, is to farm Zealoid Prelate. If you're asking for either of these, you're too low gear wise or MR to farm Zealoid.

back then it was a mission that becomes available every 4 or 6 hours

For Orokin Cells, Lephantis on Deimos worked great for me unless something has changed recently. He can have up to 4 different drops and has solid odds of dropping Orokin Cells. Run it alone, though. Other people slowed me down quite a bit unless you're struggling to kill him solo.

Extracts come exclusively from Night Wave at this point, I believe.

its not exclusively nightwave... there is some mission bonus caches that have a 1%ish chance on the last cache... zeoloid is .013% chance...ghoul bounty 5%....

so yeah only nightwave is only realistic option

The trick is to do all Nightwave Weeklies for 4500 and 7000 and then reap the rewardss from Prestige in Nightwave. You don't even have to do nw consistently, you can delete the game right now and come back 2 weeks before it ends and then do all the quests at once. You'll end up with Prestige 3~ at least

Easiest way is to simply do all nightwave missions.

nitain extract is best acquired through nightwave creds, otherwise you can get it from spy missions at an abysmal drop chance.

orokin cells are best farmed at Saturn with Sgt. Ruk, when phroid's around on saturn, or Gabii at ceres with a frame that dips into looting from enemies (Khora, hydroid, Nekros)
