let me pick whether or not i want uncommons/rares (i need 50 thousand endo and everything is too slow)

There are many ways to get Endo within the game, bountys being one of them, as are dissolving your repeating mods, your Ayatan sculptures, parts of your Railjack, and the endless missions that every few rotations give you Endo. Duviri this week gave me two prizes of 6,000 Endo each (12,000 in total). You can see a tutorial on YouTube that there are several where various ideas come out, with their respective locations.

doesnt mean i want to farm for one, i also dont have the money to buy one, if my math isnt wrong the rough chance for getting a necramech is 1*3/4*2/4*1/4

You... Don't have access to mechs in Arbis and Zariman.

You can't unlock Arby's without completing Zariman nodes.

Can't do Zariman until you finish the New War, which requires a mech.
