Stuff like Frost or Limbo for defense objectives, Vauban for annoying Infested and clumping foes, or Trinity for healing teams for example. You might not need to use them much if you have a favorite, but it helps having the options.
Generally, I used to recommend Oberon for folk since he is one of the best warframes for exposing players to both layered abilities and playing multiple roles with the same warframe, but doing Railjack for him these days might not be the best first exposure experience since his play style sorta works best as a early taste before moving to more specialized warframes.
If you like face tanking, Try Chroma, Valkyr, or Inaros. For different reasons, each are pretty durable in the traditional sense being a combo of either armor, life, and shields mixed with abilities that either boost off of being damaged; ignore damage, or boost natural defensive values.
If you like sneaky warframes, there are options there too! Ash for example is the Ninja warframe, Loki is a sneaky confusing git warframe, and Ivara for example merges being sneaky with having an exalted bow, giving great damage potential when fully kitted out. Mixes like Wukong were highly popular but did get smacked with a nerf stick recently for basically being "too popular" so while he is functional it might not be a good first pick.
If you have an idea of what you are looking for in your "main" warframe, I am sure some of the players here or in game will be glad to share their favorite warframes and the pros and cons of each. Knowing how much some of the players love their cosmetics, some might even give preferred cosmetic suggestions though those are still subjective.
Thank u for ur very in depth reply ! , I'm looking for one that's good with weapons and abilities , I'm not a fan of melee tbh. At the same time I don't really know all the systems in the game to be accurate with my reply , I guess firstly I wish to find a frame that I enjoy playing both ability wise and looks too , secondly I want a "main" frame that don't hold me back on most if not all activities as I'm not really a fan of switching characters , I usually just pick one and dump all my time/ resources into it. Also money it's not an issue really, I just want a frame I can buy directly , do I have to update it later ? I heard about vip system

Try all Loaner warframes
Exit and repeat until you find a warframe that works for you.
1. Do you want to play a "caster" frame that relies on abilities?
2. Do you want a frame that provides buffs for yourself, your weapons, or your allies?
3. Do you want a frame that has utility skills for grouping enemies, defending areas/objects, crowd control, healing, etc?
You have said you want a general purpose frame that you can "main". This will work for most content in the game, but there is a wide enough range of mission types that at some point if would be a good idea to choose a frame for each main "role" you might need for a mission. Near the start of the game, having a main does make more sense because it allows you to focus your limited resources and invest fully into one thing.
Examples of "roles"
1. Nuke: very high area of effect damage on one or more skills modded to clear entire screens or groups of enemies very quickly (Saryn, Volt, Mirage, Mesa, Octavia...)
2. Support: provide energy, healing, and/or some form of buffs to your squad (Trinity, Wisp, Harrow, Rhino...)
3. Sneaky: have some form of invisibility to make spy or rescue missions easier (Ivara, Ash, Loki, Wukong,...)
4. Weapons platform: buff yourself or have specific skills to make your weapons far more effective (Chroma, Mirage, Volt, Mag...)
5. Defense frame: have one or more skills that let you directly protect an object or location (Frost, Limbo, Gara, Nezha, Trinity...)
6. Tanks: when you just don't want to die sometimes having a "shield" button or absurd amounts of health and armor is all you care about even if the frames have other uses (Revenant, Rhino, Hildryn, Inaros, Nezha, Grendel...)
A frame I suggest for new players is Nezha. He is tanky, provides a source of status immunity/removal, has a damage multiplier ability, has an AoE crowd control ability, and his "tanking" shield skill can be modified to also work on allies/defense targets. The blueprints and parts to build him can all be bought for credits (no platinum) from a clan Dojo's "Tenno lab". Clans are easy to join, most require absolutely nothing from you as a player, and they give you access to a bunch of extra shops for weapons/frames and other gear.
His abilities:
1. Movement speed buff + status immunity if you stand in the trail + fire damage to enemies who walk on it
2. Throw a "hoola hoop" at an enemy (it will bounce between a few) that will make them burn, make them take extra damage (double by default I believe), and make them more likely to drop orbs
3. Summon a "hoola hoop" to float around you and act as a LARGE damage shield. There's also a special mod called "Safeguard" that lets you cast this ability on allies and defense targets giving THEM a shield too.
4. Large area of effect that stuns/picks up enemies and does decent damage. there are some synergies with the 2 if you use the 2 to hit enemies caught in the 4. I rarely bother with this, but you could look up how it works if you wanted.
So I'd suggest looking into at least a trio of frames to handle the majority of the game. Something like Ivara, Frost, and Mesa would handle the majority of use cases you will run into.
But as for getting through the early game? I'd suggest either Rhino or Ember really. One is a nice tank with some crowd control and utility. The other is a room clearing nuker that will only start dropping off a bit past halfway through the solar system as the enemy levels exceed the 40s. But that augment that adds fire damage to your guns with her 1st ability can carry you quite far.

and also maybe khora
use revenant to stop playing warframe
Frost is the one I would recommend. He's not the best at anything, but he can do a lot of things that other frames can't. You can augment his abilities to buff your party's damage or give everyone extra shields. He is easy to use and also has quite a bit of depth. He also has more durability or survivability than average. Frost works well with no investment and you can augment him to have amazing abilities.
It was my 2nd WarFrame (WF) when I started playing shortly before the Plains of Eidolon (PoE) release (i.e., started with Mag because it seemed the more challenging back then) and properly using Oberon's skillset allowed me to survive through most of the initial content on my own when my friends weren't available to play with me (with an Oberon's Augment mod, if recalling it right).
Although, the closest WF to that one ins survivabillity and skillset might be the Wisp (with her 1st skill's 3 Motes), highly unfortunately she's still wall gated behind all Fortuna's Syndicates, unrewarding time grinding 'festival'.
And, for me, this is just another plain, simple example case of DE's not properly addressing the underlying game's issues and easying that grind a tad in order to entice newer players to stick around a tad more and eventually start supporting the game as I once did.
