How does the synth mod set interact with 1 shot weapons? Thanks!

The synth mods reload your weapons for you right? I guess they just reload your single shot weapon

they reload a percentage... how would it calculate a fraction of 1?

It should take however much time it would take to reach 100% reload. So 20 seconds with one mod or 5 seconds if you use the whole set.

It logically "should" or you've/someone has tested it? The wiki is rather sparse on the subject.
