Missing item

Hey yall, Does anyone know where to report a missing item? I purchased my wisp prime systems with plat in my foundry and it vanished.

Because it sounds like you used plat to rush the system. If you claimed it, it'll be in your inventory.

I did claim it but it's gone. It's not even in my inventory.

And just to be clear, when you searched for Wisp.

What showed up?

Are you saying that you don't have a normal Wisp and her extra blueprints? Not even other Wisp Prime blueprints/parts?

Because if you search for Wisp, it would show up.

I have a normal wisp. Thought you meant something different but I have a normal wisp and can equip her.

The reason why I ask is that it doesn't make sense why you would rush Wisp Prime system if you didn't already have her other components ready to build Wisp Prime.

As for searching your inventory, it was to see if you accidentally built a normal Wisp System.

Well, that can happen; its rare, but possible. You are going to need to make a support ticket - its the only way - and make sure if you haven't left the game yet that you have a copy of your ee.log and any pictures and such you can put together for support if they ask. Now, support has the tools to see what rewards you should have earned from the missions and what you currently have in inventory or tried to craft so it shouldn't be hard but they are going ask questions and it pays to be professional even if its annoying and some folk aren't always going to treat you professional in turn. Just do your best and they will be able to help you if the item has actually disappeared and if not, they should be able to tell you what the game has recorded happened to it.

No it wasn't a normal wisp systems, it was prime since I just got it from a relic but it doesn't matter anymore since I bought the systems from someone. Thank you for that advice Drago but I tried logging out and back in already so my log is ruined.

Well you might not get that log; but if needed you still might be able to chat with them to see if it matches what they see on their end. It is a shame to lose that log but I am glad it worked out for your crafting in the end even if not the way you would have originally had it.
