Does DE ban players for using warframe.market?

Probably a stupid question but.. do they? I've been trying to avoid talking in chat or doing a lot at all in terms of multiplayer because I don't want to get banned. Lol.

Maybe I'm just overly cautious for no reason, dunno but wanted to ask if anyone's ever gotten axed for using it.

Uhh... the simplest answer is no.

There's theoretically scenarios where you can get in trouble if the other person's account has some administrative lookings going on, or if warframe believes you to be doing something against ToS based on the types of trades, but, that's rare, and, for any kind of trading.
Nothing against market in particular.

They're a lot more likely to trigger happily ban you for some woke stuff than they are for something you do ingame because you read something out of game.

Ah, thanks. Yeah that won't be a problem because I never use chat at all outside of trading. I just wanted to be cautious because I've read of people getting banned on and off and just wanted to play it safe, don't wanna lose my account over somthing stupid.

I've used it plenty of times, you are fine to use it. I see nothing wrong with it either, its just an easier way to find people with the item your looking to buy instead of sifting through the spam on the ingame chat

you can do trading and use chat as much as you want. As long as you behave like a decent person you won't get banned. People get banned for insisting on spewing racist or transphobic BS. Keep hate out of gaming and you'll be fine.

Depends on the mods involved. As I recall there were a few youtube videos that mentioned a few of those former Guides of the Lotus and volunteer mods became paid mods while I believe two were let go before the new program, one quit, and the last problem one changed their sexist name. Still, valve moderators sometimes cover forums like these as well and they aren't connected to DE so there is that.

Warframe.market is safe. But be carefull about alecaframe/overwolf. Ive read comments that poeple got banned for using this. And I can believe in this. Overwolf directly scan your account so this may be misstaken as a cheat.

Been running on Warframe.market for years, Generally you won't have a problem however DE Has known to ban or remove items from accounts due to ''hacker association'' so...... take that as you will

And? Just because you dont have ban, doesnt mean its 100% safe. Many players use region chat for years and they dont have ban. That doesnt mean you cannot get banned for using region chat.

Why would they? It's just an external site that helps connecting you with people who want to buy or sell stuff.

Imagine making a thread on the official forums that you want to sell something for X amount of plat. It's basically no different from that, only more convenient.

You should not get banned for using Overwolf either, which to my knowledge functions by using API that's been provided by Warframe's devs for Overwolf. It doesn't do any shady stuff, only what it's been allowed to, so you should not get banned for using it.

I dont know. I only wrote, what I heard that. Ive wrote "Ive read comments", not "its 100% sure".
