Are Iso Vault Necramechs absurdly tanky?
The fastest 'quick' kill I can get on Necramechs is using my 5 Forma Acceltra, except I need to dump all of my ammo to deal about half its health and I have to rely on ammo drops. It's hard not to feel disheartened when I compare my experience to a video where a guy kills a Necramech in about a mag and a half of his Baza Prime, or a Nyx Absorb using a Redeemer Prime that one shots Necramechs. In my experience, it takes me about 15-20 minutes to deal with the 3 Necramechs.

Is anyone willing to share a build for a weapon, or just a generic mod setup for weapons to defeat Necramechs in a timely manner ( seconds to a minute?) Using Nekros to Desecrate them, so preferably nothing tied to a Warframe buffing.

I already have a Voidrig being built, but I'm lacking the personal satisfaction of being able to defeat Necramechs by myself without the Arquebex.

I see recommendations for the Stropha and the Redeemer Prime (which I have), but am I seriously pigeonholed into using them? Are Necramechs just the lite version of Eidolon hunting (create an extremely specific build that is never used for any enemy in any content except this one?)

Shoot arms off, then head. They only take damage there. Use radiation damage. Should be fine. If struggling, don't bring a limit ammo weapon, bu instead go for a weapon that recharges. If you already own a necramech, then necramech 4 ability oneshots each part of enemy necramech.

he already said without arquebex

but yeah shoot off arms then engine in the back

but points to note radial or AOE weapons are that good at shoot off arms since damage procs only apply once and if it hits the body before the arm it wont do damage to said arms to break them, so weapons like ignis or nukor are not good at all for necramechs,

Cedo, acctra, tetra (personally i dislike it but a tenet tetra has puncture and easy radiation modding), but my personal favorite is baza prime crit

Whlie I haven't got a build yet with my Jelly Prime and her Baza prime, Octavia is still ...okay. She used to make necramechs suicide, but they patched that out. Now it's some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ where the damgae reflected at THEM goes to HER.

Now, I use a radiation rubico with either distrations (octavia's ball, etc) or control (nova's slow, etc). This is just so I can get their back, they really don't like showing it.

Usually rolled in with my Mirage or Revenant depending on the lvl and a 4 or 5 forma Phantasma.

Phantasma was more built for proc/punch-through/multi-shot and had something like Corrosive/Explosive added via mods (Toxic Barrage + Shell Shock and Frigid Blast + Scattering Inferno), Galvanized Hell maxed, and Seeking Force, Ammo Mutation was added as Phantasma can also run out of ammo fast (more for the phases prior to getting into the vault), Primed Point Blank and then some other mod (believe Galvanized Shotgun Savvy).

Mirage meant 3 beams at least hitting the Necramech which would take around 2 clips to blow an arm off, which generally meant I would run out of ammo right as it died.

Revenant however - his 4 dealt a silly amount of damage when tuned for it once the arms are blown off, so I would just run in, gun the arms off and lure it down some stairs or something (so I was slightly elevated over it) and then you 4 and just keep it within the beams. If lucky - I could kill it in 1 bar of energy + 6-8 clips.

Took about 10-15 min per Iso vault bounty still, so not exactly efficient.

Something noteworthy is they use a skill akin to rhino's where they get an extra amount of 'health' equivalent to how much damage you do to them for a short time.

Not an issue if you three tap them with something OP, but, if you don't you need to watch out for it. They spin their li'l head piece and emit some lightning when it's active.

I did it with umbra initially. I found that the exalted blade's blade beams were very good at hitting the weak spots.

If you use silence subsumed too then you can disable their abilities like the rhino skin like one voidrig has.

That was the patch. When necramechs take massive damage, they turn on their own reflect. When you shoot them during, it reflects onto you. I've one shot myself a few times this way. But, they're so strong, they'd one-shot themselves when attacking her 1.

After the patch, not only does the ability hard-coded not work, the damage still reflects. Damage done to a necramech while reflecting (even when from a refleted source) will hit the damage source. Warframe ability sources are your warframe. I never read that itself, but that's my experience. DE did say outright they "fixed" how the mechs responded to octavia's abilities.

Like said, I still use her. Just not her 1 in a place where her 2 will get it.

Some guns, such as Kitgun has infinite ammo feature.

Gloom also works in helping you hit those absurd hitboxes, you only need weapons with good crits and lots of ammo.

Got an old record for mech fight (2021) here too:

Not sure if they changed this, but use Octavia. Back then, I only throw Octavia's 1 and see what'd happen...
