Any efficient ways to raise affinity other than Defence missions?

Starting to remember why I stopped playing this game, I spend most of my time doing Helene or Hydron.

Sanctuary onlaught normal for frames and Elite for weapons focus etc

Here are the tips:
1. The suitable mission will be any mission with endless waves of enemies, the more they spawn, more Eximuses will come, they give lots of affinity when killed.
Such as survival missions, Excavation or Defense, of any level you could handle.
2. You need to stay within 50m range from your squadmates to share affinity from his kills. Usually called camping.
3. Do whatever you have to, to kill as fast as your squad can.
4. Steel Path missions have more spawn rate than normal mode. If your squad can handle it.
5. The latest mission, TYANA PASS at Mars also a good alternative Hydron-like farm.
6. Get affinity blessing from the relay. Or hit the booster if you are going for a farming marathon.
7. Sanctuary Onslaught mode also good, but I don't farm there anymore so I have little info of the current state.
8. Don't stay longer than 40 minutes, it's a risk of being banned.
9. More squadmates can increase the spawn, but not recommended joining random games. better recruit an experienced squadmates for an affinity farm.

huh? I know endurance runners getting accidentally banned is a thing, but no way its that low

bruh its not the risk at 40 minutes XD the risk of getting banned and not banned but TRADE BANNED FOR 1 or 2 weeks IF you do a mission that goes 3-4 hours

besides defense and sanctuary onslaught no randos are useless in any mission that is not defense related survival is completely pointless in public

Vauban+Specto-something(subsumed Gara ability). Build it with max range and max duration, and the augment for the helminth ability. Go to ESO. I assume you'd mod your weapons with basic mods so it could deal some damage.

For Warframe affinity farming, just slap Thermal Sunder and build it for max range and efficiency, plus Preparation. Go to SO.

This kind of method is efficient, however, your fun may only lasts 2 minutes.
I mean if you are banging your favorite girl, having lots of fun, but finished in 2 minutes...

You probably maxed out everything in 15 minutes anyway. So no need to stay that long, perhaps.

There is stealth adaro runs. As a person mentioned above you can build up a 500% xp modifier from getting undetected kills. Some people sleep everything with a max range equinox and stealth kill everything. Alternatively you can just go a perma invisible frame and just use a strong silent aoe weapon like glaive. People used to use spin attacks on whips but they don't clip through walls anymore so its a lot harder than it used to be. Banshees silence will stun them as you move close and give a brief window to get stealth kills and can be subsumed onto whatever you want.
