Nah it is mostly the internet being corny, not the developers. I find it strange how many people are harping on on about the look of Citrine, while I am in love with her ability kit and general game play. What comes on her look, I just think. That looks interesting and quite fitting.
fits like a fig.
I FIGured you would you say something like that. Okay, I am actually sorry about that pun...
I'm not.
Yeah, I like the strangeness of Citrine's look personally and how they stick to the theme on her and considering the lore regarding warframes, makes sense. I have to admit that the Citrine's default helmet appeals to me more than the alternative which is surprising.
While I am not a hobbyist of geodes or anything like that. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quartz#Citrine
In case you are curious, there is a wikipedia article of Citrine which is quite interesting and might come handy information in case you are in the market for citrine geode for your home as a decoration.
I am not a lover of rocks and crystals but I must admit that Citrine is a very interesting and totally unexpected concept. At no time would "Geodegirl" have crossed my mind when thinking of warframe.
And seeing Citrine's design makes me quite interested in seeing the Duviri's Warframe, for all that hollow exoskeleton style we see on the paradox denizens that we know.
