Banned for no reason

I just tried to log in and I got a message saying my account's banned until January 1st, 2035. I am completely baffled by this as I haven't done anything that would result in a ban. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Alright everyone, DE's autoban system did an oopsie and seems to be banning a lot of PC (only) players.

The best time to bug out huh? everyone on holidays lmao

I got banned too. 6500 hours, did every sortie this year, so not playing is probably not the reason

Update: "temporarily restricted from logging in, due to an error" & fixed

I've been inactive for over a year and got back on a few months back. It was on and off for a while but last week or two i've been playing almost daily but still got banned.

I got banned as well and I just played this a couple days ago.

I just received a ban after doing missions on Ukko with Titania. Got my reward and was then told I was being forcefully disconnected. Then I come to find out that I am now, inexplicably banned till 2035. Merry !@#$ing Christmas, eh?

if so many people got banned odds are bad plat trades, did trading and the original plat owner did a credit card charge back, if your account goes into negative plat you get banned even if you werent the original owner

No definitely not in my case I have plenty of plat and today was the first time I played in 6 months

The last thing I did in the game was go through the Railjack missions in the storm of the abyss and caught a bug that when opening the relics, they wrote to me like you didn't take the relic and the reward wasn't displayed.
