Is profit taker even worth it?

I have the gear (with the exception of the archwing launcher), I have the frames, and I have the max rank in fortuna. But I simply cannot be bothered, is it's drops even worth the fight?

If you want to reach max rank in a certain syndicate, you need five of Profit Taker's toroids. Other than that it seems completely obsolete now that Exploiter Orb is a possible fight (AND it's not pay-wall locked behind an ArchGun requirement)

Cosmetics include the Bloodshed Sigil and Profit Taker Articula.
Rewards are more debt bonds for Fortuna standing, which is fine if you're not done with Kitguns, MOAs, and your collection of Pax Arcanes. They can also be used for Ticker's ship decorations.
The Crisma Toroid feeds back into Vox Solaris, with a couple blueprints needing it I think, as well as the final Vox Sol rank up. Besides that, 6k standing's alright unless you have Diluted Thermia you could use for fighting the Exploiter, which is arguably much easier for twice the standing ( the Lazulite Toroid it drops is worth 12k Vox Sol standing ) and all the gems it drops for your resource reserves or to turn in to Smokefinger for even more Solaris U standing.

If you also want any of the rewards from the table for actually completing the mission, there's that. And unlike Exploiter, the Profit Take actually drops credits, I think 125k, so if you've got a credit booster, it's a fairly good way to net credits. Different rewards than Index while still getting debt bonds, Vox Sol standing, AND credits.

It is THE most efficient credit farm in the game at the moment. 5 minute fight rewards you with 125k credits. Double it with credit booster - you get 250k. Drop a Croma’s Effigy (4th ability) right before an Orb drops the loot - you get 500k. Bring a Smeeta Kavat and if you are lucky with the right charm buff - you get 1kk or even more (depending on how many times charm will stack for you).

Now add to that Crisma Toroid that is worth 6k standing with the Little Duck and you get pretty fast way of obtaining new OP operator AMP parts and arcanes.

Overall I would recommend anyone to play Profit Taker every once in a while. Its just nice drops for very little work.

Exploiter is my favourite boss fight in the game (i have ♥♥♥♥ taste), but I know profit taker is nothing like exploiter, hence why I'm hesitant. I also enjoy the Teralyst and Gantulsyt, so if it's anyhting like them it'll be alright.

Profit Taker is boring and frustrating, nothing like Exploiter. You much likely rage quit the fight with Profit Taker due to its nature, and if you manage to overcome the rage of being constantly staggered, killed, nullified and knockdowned, you will burn out pretty quickly, due to the fast pace of the fight and continuous repetition. But it is worth if played in moderation, lets say, a couple times every day or so.
