Disarming weapons usually isn't useful since most enemies should not be alive long enough to matter. Those that are can be put in a magnetize bubble and murdered easily.
Polarize strips armor well enough on its own and 7 seconds of non-movement is not long enough to matter. Crush is really only there so that you can restore your own shields. Most of your damage comes from polarize and pull.
The key to Mag in high level content is really to remain mobile and aware of enemies to target with magnetize. Crush being a stationary ability tends to get you killed more often than help.
Below lvl 50-60 Grineer/Corrupted, Mag can nuke with polarize/pull/crush, she needs neither augment.
Once her polarize starts falling off, especially against heavily armored units at lvl 80+, counter pulse is generally more useful than fracturing. Pulse is a lazy way to stun everything and keep Mag + her team safe. Mag has no problems in the DPS department. Fracturing is not a good augment because there's cap on the armor strip, and the effect only kicks in at the end of the crush animation. So at the level range where the 100% armor strip would theoretically be useful, it is not guaranteed to get the job done, and it's slow to boot. You can use the augment if you want, but Mag has better ways of dealing with armor in the level 100+ range.
Every time I see people post about Mag needing to stay mobile or Crush getting them killed, I just shake my head. There are very few things that can touch Mag sitting on the edge of a bubble, she's not Banshee or some other squish frame that needs to bounce around to avoid dying. Setting up a safe crush is easy. It's gotten even easier as with the advent of operators, there's not even a risk of getting tagged when traveling from bubble to bubble, literally invincible.
