6, I have a jealous rage for your trinity and I'm going to abuse you for.
Most of the people asking for EV then don't even do anything worthwhile with the energy and I'm stuck with a warframe that can't do anything fun. Nope.
None of my builds require EV to function either so all I'd do is compensate for them while I'm benching frames that could do whatever they are doing better and faster.
However I have seen a Saryn sabotaging a defense-sortie because she didn´t like how the nova was skilled. We made it anyway but it was really dumb.
On the other hand I actually see no point playing a trinity if I am not spaming EV. In fact I don´t see a point playing a trinity at all, if its not planed out with the rest of the party.
Bless instant heal anywhere on map. And you can tank quite a lot of dmg...
"I just critted for 200k. THX Nova". With no Nova in the team.
And yes, I also hate people that never fire a shot except to pop bubbles. A Trinity should not be able to make over 2/3 of the damage of a four-man-group while carrying only one good weapon. But it happens all to often that I lead in everything but abilities cast (and with Trin, even there).
In the end, it`s always the one that is able to more-or-less carry through the mission that gets blamed (Frost, Trin, Mirage).
i don't see the same crap people give trinity for frost and mirage.
(Yes, I know it`s ironic I told a story where the Frost ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. But the other two had useless frames. He could have saved it.)
I got crap as mirage once. They didn´t like me spamming the 4 over and over. I kind of understand that....
it's not something exclusive to "trinity players", and, well if the host didn't ask about your build beforehand then it's his own fault for not asking
Very annoying when you play right and people ♥♥♥♥♥ at you anyway.
I never play her for random alert or sortie.
(now frost) if people complain at you and your frost. its because frost in any Defensive misson is ( opritive D not inclueded ) is the most important part of the team. for late game. if your bubble is not up your team can only go 1/20 of what it is able to do. so yes if you call frost they want a bubble. dont run to the other side of the map. like most rhino players. its a reason i dont trust under mastery rank 6s to have rhino frost or exacal on my team. because they are not team players. and they do dumb things.
now miragie is the most broken frame in the game. every thing she dose is amazing- so if you know how she works all her powers are op- with out even useing an op weapon. so my suggestion is a ranking system for miragie players. noobs. exprainced. and experts. then masters. i am over half way through expert. i have not tested her to her full extent. just know the best ways to make her have insain dps.
But, I mean, a duration trin in the right setup can be extremely useful. By for example making sure that everyone has at least 50% damage immunity constantly. Had one maxed duration + limit strength trin in a group a while back with quick thinking, deliberately spamming bless to make everyone constantly invulnerable. That.. works. And everyone still get a lot of energy if they stay within the tileset.. My slightly more balanced variant with abating link usually has the same role, but not until level 40+ enemies show up. Get a lot of strange comments before that, of course..
I guess it's more difficult to play trin like that. I've literally seen three trin builds like that in 1000+ hours. So that could be the reason. But don't think a badly specced trin is more useless than a badly specced nova, for example. You still get energy boosts, after all.
