Simaris Imprint

So I just completed the first Imprint for lancer 10/10, and simaris tells me i can collect a reward if i visit him in sanctuary. I go and there is no collect reward option anywhere? Then i do another mission and got 11/10 for lancer synthesis still no reward. What is wrong?

Have you tried to talk to him in different relays? It could also be a bug and if you can't find a way to fix that, report it to Warframe Support.

I thought the reward was the story about the target you synthetized.

If he means the imprint reward that gives lore when scanned, then yes. You need to wait that the meter hits 100% and lore will appear in the console on the left.
If he means synthesis reward that you get for scanning random targets, that Simaris asks you to do, talk to him for reward.
I'm slightly confused because I don't remember there being any "reward claiming" for finishing imprint scanning

Well from what I can remember is that, one of Simaris quotes when you scan the last imprint target is "Come hunter, you must claim your reward for your synthesis scans." Or something along those lines.

In that case there may be a bug for OP.

or the reward could be lore......

Yea the ones that ask you to scan 10 are just going to give you lore, but after you complete the "New Strange" quest you can go to him for daily targets to scan which will give you like cores and more rep
