Toroids - Vox Solaris
Hey! Decidet to do the Vox Solaris Rep, but i cant seem to get Toroids to drop.
I´ve looked around caves, but the Drop Chance without Booster seems to be really low or patched out. Did 5 Full caveclears, not a single one spawned.

I have been trying for a few days to find a group, but seems like everyone hates Toroid Farming atleast as much as i do.
When farming Solo on Alert 4, i get around 5 Toroids to drop per hour, with pretty fast Clear.
(Atleast as fast as possible when abused as a Ping Pong Ball by a group of 4 Trenchers)
Unfortionally, i dont have any of the recommendet Frames to farm Toroids.

is there a good way to farm them Solo?
Anything i´ve found on Google/YouTube is not working for me

Vega Toroid: Drops from enemies around/inside the Spaceport. Has a 1% chance to drop from Mite Raknoids.

The Exploiter Orb will drop a large number of Mite Raknoids durring her first stage whenever she moves across the battlefield

Calda Toroid: Drops from enemies around/inside the Enrichment Labs. Has a 20% chance to drop from Scyto Raknoid.

Doing all of a Profit Taker Phase 2 bounty but not turning it in will endlessly spawn Corpus dropships. You don't even need to let the beacons hit Alert Level 4 since the drop ships will bring plenty of enemies.

Sola Toroid - Drops from enemies around/inside the Temple of Profit. Has a 20% chance to drop from Kyta Raknoids.

Go inside the target area. Try to get one of the enemies to put down a Reinforcement Beacon. Wait until the beacon hits Alert Level 4. From this point, unlimited enemies will spawn. They will increase in level very quickly, but will eventually hit a level cap that is based on the bounty tier, and stop increasing further.

So looks like selecting a bounty will cap world level at different points and profit taker bounties seem to be a good bet for two of them. Although if you are lower level and need to cap the enemies you may just want to take a low level bounty and go to one of the locations.

Doing Profit taker and Exploiter fights gets you the big ones .. so if you just need them for standing you are better off waiting until you can do those fights. If you need them for crafting or turning in it seems easier to go to the locations and fight rather than farming caves.

killing enemies at known spawn locations, temple, lab and space thingy, is the best way, especially if you have a warframe that can get you some extra loot such as Nekros, khora, Pilfdroid....

It gets better at one point, you get to unlock the Profit Taker fight and there is 100% chance drop of a toroid that gives you 6000 standing.

Or you get some Thermia from the fractures and take on the exploiter, this can even be done in the free roam, you need to find the cave first
I don't really go Toroid farming without a resource drop-chance booster. So usually that means I put it off until a Sortie is nice to me. When I feel like putting up with it, I actually prefer bringing a tanky frame, regardless of their loot-increasing viability, like Oberon or Hildryn

If all you need is standing, then a resource booster + Exploiter Orb fight is my preferred way

run while you can!

Toroid farming is mind nummingly boring and frustrating I just bought resource and resource dropboosters and just passively farmed them while mainly using exploiter orb toroids cos it's 24k just from 1 fight.

I´ll need about a Week to get to Old Mate with Solaris, so i guess i´ll just wait for that and do Profit Taker, everything else seems way too tedious
