Anyone else buy plat off playerauctions.com?

Well I did, and now my account is stuck in a negative platinum state and I cant log in. Its been about 2-3 days now and support are again taking ages to reply back to me. Im an old player that played round about when it first came out in 2013. Only just got back into it to have this happen. Wish there was some sort of warning this would happen I just want to play the damn game lol.

own fault,DE isnt going to help you since they dont work with 3rd party sellers and cant help you with that

I have to ask how did you "fall" for this? I mean this is pretty well known across the game industry that buying premium currency from a third party site is against the rules?

This seems more like a personal choice.

own fault,DE isnt going to help you since they dont work with 3rd party sellers and cant help you with that

You have to buy enough plat in order to get your balance back in the positive. once you do that, you can play again. This happened to my friend. That is how i know.

Not just scammed, but also broke the TOA. They could ban you on the spot. Why put your account at risk.

Buy platinum from the official store or from steam only

Platinum from the black market is made from dubious trades, compromised accounts, sold accounts and so on. If DE finds a chargeback or finds the trades unbalanced, they will remove the plat, being it legit or not.
Not to mention they can see your trading history or the sellers history, tied to an account, ip, machine id and others, so don't believe you are ever safe after an RMT.
Support the game, the right way, more or less but please, support it.

Don't get me wrong, i also visit the website among a few others, but it's never to buy plat, i actually check the topic searching for players to report, including platinum sellers, you could have been one of the casualties after i reported a seller.
So please, don't do any RMT.

Without being able to log in the cost of plat without a coupon is 15 for $1USD.. that could get expensive.

If this is illegal, then why does the site exist in the open? its not like I went onto the darknet to get it lol. At any rate I bought some plat (legally this time) so Im now in the green. I know Im not the only player to have this happen to them because typing the same problem into google search, other players have had the same thing happen to them without knowing that.

It's not necessarily illegal, but not according to the terms the player willingly signed to create a Warframe account. People seem to not know that because they like scrolling down without reading anything, then clicking "yeah, I read all of it and agree". In other words, people like being inconsequential (aka "stupid") and getting shocked when the consequences hit their asscheeks. Just out of curiosity, I went to Google, typed "can I eat detergent" in my language and there already was a suggestion. I guess people really want to be sure before they swallow that liquid soap.
