EDIT: If you've already completed The Second Dream quest, you could also go with the Zenurick tree - it's got an energy regen passive you can unlock.
...now I will just run around with my ash prime until I have enough energy for the 4th skill.(in defense or survival)
http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Streamline
http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Fleeting_Expertise
Worth noting is that those two mods (Streamline and Fleeting Expertise) can be equipped together and DO stack - HOWEVER, there is a maximum energy efficiency cap of 75%; that is, you cannot reduce your energy costs below 25% of what they would be normally. What this means in practical terms is that you can make Bladestorm cost only 25 energy per cast, but no lower.
Which is still pretty fantastic, in any case!
EDIT: BAH! Vulbjorn, beating me to it yet again! CURSE YOU OVERVERBOSITY...!
Even with 80% ability power, the only enemies I don't instantly kill are usually ancient healers, though it can also be other enemies in T4. From what I understand, melee damage mods will affect the damage of Ash's ult, and speed mods will affect the speed of it (though the base speed of the weapon doesn't matter). Really, though, being able to spam his ult is a thousand times more important than how much damage it deals.
I'd also suggest speccing for power range, which will allow you to mark more enemies with your ult and thus save energy by not having to use his ult as frequently.
EDIT: I think I got Fleeting mixed up with another corrupted mod, but my point still stands.
Also bout Ash, his Bladestorm is most probably gonna get nerfe... i mean reworked soon, so don't get too attached to it
Energy efficiency mods are mods that reduce the cost of casting abilities. So far only streamline and fleeting expertise are avaible. Streamline can be commonly found on the beginning planets. Fleeting expertise however is a bit harder requiring you to access Orokin Derelict missions with special keys to unlock Orokin vaults.
Rage (grants energy when health is damaged by enemy weapons, obtainable thru multiple means check wiki)
Streamline (reduces energy cost by 30 percent when maxed)
Fleeting Expertise (reduces energy cost by 60 percent while reducing ability duration, drops from Orkin Derielct Vaults only)
Zenurik focus school has 2 abilites, one that regens energy, up to 4 per second when maxed, and 1 ability that reduces ability energy cost for 15 sec per Focus ability cast
There are also Syndicate Procs that grant energy, you will need either thier weapons or weapons augment, i forget which syndicates
Cephalon Suda and Red Veil
I only wish you weren't that right, sir. Damn rework.
His rework is actually pretty good.
Better than this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ necro.
I have Energy Siphon and +0.6 per second at max rank is still unbelievably slow in comparison to the cost of most abilities, even with maxxed Streamline for efficiency.
Do you mean Energizing Dash? To create that 'bubble' of gradual Energy restoration? That isnt really passive since you must switch to Operator mode then activate Void-Dash to deploy the field. The same goes for the +% Energy over time from Energy drops, you must still collect them.
Or is there an actual +Energy over time fully passive node in the Zenurik tree? If so, I must get that.
There is Void Siphon but that says it only increases Operator Energy Regen, not for your Warframe.
