Amprex combustion beam

Been using combustion beam on my new ambrex ive been ranking and putting forma on all day, Its pretty nuts but is it viable or should i use something like highvoltage for that little bit quicker killspeed?

i might think that it will only do you some good against lower lever enemies. sadly the amprex is to weak after lvl 40 even as a crit build weapon. since combustion beam only gives you a fixed damage, that is not sacling, it won't help you much - but it should look nice when those buggers pop ^^

Combustion beam is really only viable as said before, till around lvl 35. As a damage weapon the amprex falls off at around 50. However, if you give it the radiation status it becomes one hell of a cc weapon (with sinister reach) as it can effectively take control of a whole room with one or two taps.
