The new event

So from what i gathered there's only 2 ways to get anywhere in the later levels:

A: Tonkor
B: Valkyr

If you don't have either A or B you're out of luck. Any other weapon/frame gets outscaled by the time you get close to 20 kills when the enemies start one shotting you and your weapons take way too many shots to kill anything.

Is this really how it was intended? Because i don't really see a full party of Valks spinning around being too much fun. Maybe a balance patch at some point so we could enjoy the event with other loadouts as well?

Edit: I'm talking about endurance mode that unlocks after killing Kela and where you get the trophies from. The normal 25 kill rounds aren't too bad until the very end but the endurance one is a nightmare.

Well they did say Rathuum is rigged, but you can survive well just by fully using parkour 2.0. As for damage, things like Bow still do decent damage.

Thing is, I'm in a ghost clan that's not very active at all. So i'm basically stuck having to go up to 100 kills all by myself. By that time the enemies are level 300 something i think, and it's 1 life. I don't really see any other way to complete it than using Valk and i don't see it being that much different even with a full group.

i think some of the dmage values are bugged

those caribus deal way to much damage way too quickly and given how their firing sound is incredibly loud i think their fire rate has had an extra 0 added

given their one shotting nature especially the dragoon user id say tonkor is a must any caster frames that rely on powers for defence are not gonna fare well here

and kayla boss fight is horrible unless you solo it

Yeah, that's what i was thinking too. I tried using some of my favorite frames but seems like they are completely immune to most CC. The variety of weapon choices you have later in endless mode is just... bleh, too :(

I've been using Atlas with the Furax Wraith for the endless portion of the event. Works hilariously well.

My tops are at 4. Maybe the other Ash got mine beforehand.

What? Tonkor and Valkyr? I'm doing this ♥♥♥♥ with any frame I try, though I will admit the Sancti Tigris and Vaykor Hek. Still, any frame works just fine for this. Oberon's Hallowing Ground and Renewal, with a rage mod on, does pretty nice. Frost and Snow Globe is great.

Oberon Hallowing Ground causes those executioner to hit one another IIRC

Ivara's Sleep Arrow + a dagger with Covert Lethality is pretty much a guaranteed kill on any Executioner, regardless of what level they are.

Hallowed Ground is great for all the slash and fire procs.

1.2k+ armor Valkyr. Getting 1 shot by an Executioner with the Drakgoon.

I wish my Drakgoon that deals primarly Slash damage can shred armor like that.

*I use Valkyr mainly for the armor for survivability, I'm not the type of players that just goes into #4 and stays in #4.
