Are dual cleavers good?

These are pretty good with Steel Meridian syndicate mod. Also you need Berserker mod. Without berserker the weapon is slow. Without Justice Blades syndicate mod it's damage is vastly inferior compared to Dual Ichors, for instance.

The Prisma version is nice, especially with the syndicate mod tutzdes mentioned. Even better with the Naramon tree.

They are useless on Exalted Blade, Hysteria and Primal Fury.
