Frostleaf is a lie.

I tried EVERY Corpus Outpost mission, it didn't spawn a single one for me. And I tried looking at every ledge, every piece of ground that wasn't covered by a structure... Why does this game hate me so much? Neither Argon nor Frostleaf are anywhere to be found for me...

I was just playing the game with other people and I stumbled upon them before I was even trying to search for them. One map gave me all the scans needed in the one tileset with the wide up cliffs which make a big "C" shape, with the caves leading around the vents, then to the fallen tree which leads to a door. The plants were all over the place around the cliffs.

We did only one mission and got 28 frostleaf.

But we found them in the same level on the edge of several cliffs and in bunches at once.

Pluto or Jupiter excavations... you can find 20 in 1 run.... my group got them all in 1 mission :D

Check the reddit page on the plants. They gave a good location to farm all of em.

they sit on the edge of cliffs, they are on frozen corpus mission areas, they DO exist, and are pretty easy to get in one mission just very hard to see.

The problem w frostleaf is that it wont spawn in every mission tileset where it can appear. It's widely proved that u wont find it always. The only solution is to keep spamming missions with the tilesets where it can appear until it does so.

To easen the pain, spam missions in Venus, specially the excavation. The best place to find "my spinach farm" is at the borders of the cliff between 2 buildings close to each other. You'll know when u see it since is an easy spot to recognize. There is at least 21 frostleaf between both borders. They are all close to each other like in a farm.

U can also try Neptune or Pluto, but why the hassle if Venus is easier. Good Luck.

The orange glow on the frostleaf when you look through your scanner blends in a lot with the snow and makes it hard to pick out. Had to look more carefully than for the other plants but I got everything I needed the first time I ran a Venus mission that had the outpost tileset.

i had problems as well finding frost leaf for a while because of it not spawning, i tried different mission till i got to the ambulus boss on pluto and got like 30 so you might want to try there and just look near cliffs

Well, Devs have increased the chance of frostleaf appearing, so maybe Lorfar's problem's solved now

venus kiliken worked great for me, i found like a dozen in a single room, the one with a techincally 2 long cliffs infront of each other, i cant descibe the room very well, but ill try, has 3 entrie ways, one side has a some large containers the other side is a building, and has a small bridge over the 2 cliffs

Frostleaf grows in open-air areas of Pluto.
I personally found quiet a lot of it in extermination and excavation.
Frostleaf grows on edges of cliffs, especially the ones that lead to death-falls that send you back with a blackscreen. Do you know that part of corpus mission where there'a a huge open area divided in two by a crack in the ground? I found like 10-15 frostleaf around it.

Fight Ambulas on Pluto look on the cliffs next to where you fight him, and the cliffs on the way out.Takes 2 mins for all needed, was the easiest of all the plants to find.
