Is the Cephalon Simaris items good enought to work for?

If you mean the Looter mod for Carrier, "Nooooooooooooo". That mod is awful.
I'm not a fan of Detect Vulnerability for Helios either.

The energy/health conversion however are great on certain Warframes.

I actually really like that carrier mod. One less thing you have to worry about, and it just seems cool to me.

Simaris also has few of the stronger weapons, such as Heliocor and Simulor, which are really, really good, so I'd say it's totally worth it. Also, can't forget the Exilus adapters.

Get the scanner upgrade that gives you 50% chance to get 2 scans, simulacrum access key and the weapons(for mastery). Rest of them are useless.

The non-syndicate version of Simulor is just crap. Super small AoE.

I guess we can exclude Simulor. Heliocor, however, is monster. Mods are up to debate (I personally don't use most of them, except maybe Health conversion), but Exilus are always welcome.

Specific polarity cores are horrible however, they might guarantee 100% to get polarity you wanted, but they don't guarantee the type nor the rarity of the outcome. A perfect waste of about 50k points I had.
