Yes, usually it's around 30. 25 is a good trade.

30-25 is good, wouldn't go any higher than 40

Another tips, usually people are looking to barter syndicate weapon. So try barter whatever your primary syndicate first to offer as payment. Popular one being Vaykor Hek, Synoid Simulor, and Rakta Cernos.
