I get this message when trying to fuse mods

Is there a limit to how many mod fusions I can do daily?
Or is there a way to rechrge my mod fusion limit?

You just made me realised that ''charged'' mean they didn't make me pay for the fusion that didn't work
I tought it meant that the amount of charges I had was not enough, and I tought I had to recharge some fusion couter I didn't see.
