No Lua on Star Chart

I'm just returning to the game after not playing for about six months to a year. I know that Lua was changed from being an Earth node to it's one area, but I don't see it. The is no "To Lua" path on Earth and no Lua planet in the star chart. Do I need to start a quest to get there?

why DE decided to name Moon in Portugese now instead leaving it just "Moon"

Ehem, you need to do Natah quest first before doing Second Dream quest.
To unlock Second Dream quest, you need to finish some junction first.
