Where is Lua, Earth ?

I've been searching neurodes for a while now, and I went to the wiki to find info on where to find them

Neurodes are a rare component that can be found on Earth, Eris, and Orokin Derelict.

I don't have acces to ether Eris or Orokin Derelict, so my only choice is Earth. Then there's this:

Another way to obtain Neurodes is through the Excavation mission on Lua, Earth. 1 Neurodes is acquired approximately every 10 minutes of continuous fighting. Since this is a low level mission, it is the best way to acquire Neurodes for beginners.

Seems perfect to me, especially since I play with friends, so there should be more ennemies.
But I can't find that Lua place.

Anybody can help?

Also, does the neurodes drop from only infected? Grineers? both? Read a bit about description changes, and I'm not sure which ennemies drop it now.

You need to complete Second Dream, then Lua will be available.

The Natah quest is initiated upon players encountering one of the strange drones in a mission on the Grineer Sealab tileset on Uranus. You unlock the Uranus junction on Saturn http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Junction

Hi, actually the wikia is outdated : since the last update the Lua excavation mission on earth does not exist anymore, and the name Lua has been given to another celestial body that is unlocked after the second dream (hence the confusion of Frakura and Smokey above...)

The other low level excavation mission on earth is called cervantes and should be the easiest for new players...

Well there's a certain something that unlocks after you complete Second Dream, farming Neurodes there is more efficient than any other node, and you don't have to do the boring excavators
