Fangs deal puncture, Ether and Dakras deal slash, Heat Swords fire. You can't compare them because they are good against different factions and enemy types.

Fang P is dual dagger, has terrible reach, no proc chance, no crit. Terrible.
Dual Heat Swords - deal slash, mostly. Heat - on slam only and the damage is meh. Slow.
Dex Dakra - same as Dual Heat Swords, except it deals 50% more damage, higher crit and status chance. Deals Physical damage on slam. Very nice.

Dex Dakra is much better than both other listed weapons as it deals a lot more damage and procs status effects much more often. Not even the same league.

EDIT: But yeah, Dex Dakra easily beats the other weapons listed regardless of primary damage type.
