What is speed nova?

Nova prime is building and call me an idiot but i have no idea what speed nova is,i constantely see people asking for her in recruiting and i never really understood. Before i knew what nova could do i just thought it was an ability,but it isnt,this makes no sense.

Speed Nova is pretty much a Nova that makes enemies fire and run faster.

Nova with negative strength achieved using Corrupted mods (Overextended). This Nova speeds enemies up instead of slowing them, which is useful for infested, for example.

Normal nova has energy power over 100, Speed nova has under 100 energy power.

As people have said already, speed nova is a nova built for negative power strength, where your 4th ability Molecular Prime will speed enemies up.
It's useful on defence missions to speed things up, as it makes enemies come to you faster. Other than that, I haven't found much use for it.
