Frost Primary and secondary guns

Been away for a while and just got frost. Now I've no idea which guns I should try to get for frost. Seen people use Latron Prime but no idea if its actually good for frost. Is there's recommended weapons I should be aiming to get?

It doesn't matter what guns you use for frames.

Nothing frame-specific. However, since he is centered on stationary defence, try to pick something long-ranged.

Frost doesn't really have any good synergies with weapons, so he's free to use whatever he wants. If you want something thematic, however - I'd recommend Glaxion and Sibear to fit his cool factor.

I would pick weapon that is effective against the faction that I'm fighting and if map is going to be open or if area is very tight.

Frost doesn't have weapon passive bonus like Excal and Mesa, so choose whatever weapon is effective against the faction you're fighting with

using a decent ice wave impedance build and secura penta might make a feeling of weapon to warframe synergy but wouldnt call it that, its more of a tactical move while enemies are frozen solid by the augmentation slow and youll have projectiles just sleeping nearby

secura penta pure blast with firestorm is pretty sick but its dangerous to you too, so idk

Nothing, nothing, and a good melee weapon with Primed Reach. :D

I find Sancti Tigris to works well with Frost, since being able to freeze enemies allows you ample time to reload.

I prefer shotguns, like the TIGRIS, for primary, and dual grakatas or dual cestra for secondary. As for melee... anything will do, especially heavy weapons with a lot of Reach to them. So... Orthos, Galatine, Fragor, those should do for any situation with Frost.
