Mutalist Cernos + Continous misery

Does the Continous misery mod affect the cloud's duration when the M.Cernos is fired? Also can anyone point to me a good status build for this bow I want to use somethign else other than rakta cernos/dread (red crit build)/and paris prime (qq no puncture mod set yet).

I doubt it has any effect. The mod only works with status chances and the gas cloud isn't status effect.
