Honestly, if you are planning on getting Rhino Prime eventually anyway, wait. If not you might as well put an Orokin Reactor and some Forma on it now. I waited. Didn't hurt me.

Rhino prime, with the addition of T4 void keys is not as hard to farm as it used to be. I've farmed four full sets in under a week just farming for other stuff.

I'm probably the only one, but I actually have Rhino and Rhino Prime potato'd and forma'd. I use Rhino Prime like I use other Warframes - all four abilities, with some other mods for power enhancement and some mods for survivability, while I have Rhino modded out to be an 'abilitless Warframe,' since he has the best shields and armor rating, adding things like stamina recharge and slide distance for a faster, more weapon reliant frame.

In your case, definitely wait for Rhino Prime. The enhanced base speed is worth it.
