If you are set to Online, and you should be by default, then when you click on a map to run a mission it should automatically queue you for multiplayer.

Unfortunately some players avoid certain areas so you might have trouble finding a group unless you have active friends or find a clan.

Depens have you done the tutorial , if it is the tutorial then only solo few missions

First off, if you are doing the prologue, which is the new tutorial, you can't join with other players until it's completed. Basically it gives you a bit of a backstory and allows you to unlock parts of your ship so you aren't swarmed with information. After you finsh the prologue, make sure it says online when you're looking at the missions and it should pair you with people. Also, it doesn't matter where you are from, so not sure why you bothered to add that, although I'm pretty sure that you're the only person from there playing. Most are either from EU or NA.

You can't, new players are forced to go through the tutorial. Trust me, you'll appreciate it. If you don't know the basics you won't do good in actual missions. It's about 5 missions or so, not very long.

People cannot join you in the tutorial, as said.

when i join it just says "lost conection to the multiplayer server you will be returned to the multiplayer lobby" then takes me back to my ship pls help

Your firewall is blocking you most likely I would add an acception to war frame. Also some of your ports could be blocked as in the port is being used by another program you can check that under network connection you can also change the port used in that same settings menu I think it is under the gameplay tag in settings.
