Where to find Hyekka Masters?

Where can I find Hyekka Masters for my Sands of Inaros quest?

The wiki states they are found on Ceres (the only planet from that list at which I have access) but I couldn't find any on Ceres and been grinding Grineer missions for a while.

Comments on other forums state Phobos, but that's a complete Corpus satelyte...

All the comments on other forums are old-ish, so it seems I can't take them as starting points.

EDIT: I have no access to any planet after Ceres, Ceres is the last one where I can do quests.

If I said I only have access to Ceres from the list stated on the wiki...it means I haven't traveled further than Ceres....

Craft an ODE key. Youll definetly find them there. Bring codex scanners and a sleep frame and farm kavat dna at the same time!

No....orokin derelict exterminate. Survival would also work. Grineer units don't spawn in the defense

Thanks for the suggestions, but I got them. A defense mission popped on Alerts and I got them all there
