The Raptor at Naamah is absurd, plz help

Well, this boss insta gibs me every time it looks at me funny, and I can only do microscopic amounts of damage to it. (And I'm apparently expected to kill 3 of those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) I am using upgraded weapons btw, although my warframe mods perhaps could use more love. (Although I don't exactly insta die all the time during other content)

How am I expected to do this?

Use cover all the time against the new Raptor. Speed and maneuver is not enough against these 3.

You're not only expected to kill those 3, you need to destroy from where they spawn or they'll keep coming and stronger than before.

What frame you use and weapon may I know?

If you can, bring a banshee with you that got maximum power strength. Then shoot the glowy spot on the raptor.

At the moment, I have a lvl 30 Excalibur. More warframes are being built this week. (I have a few dozen hours play time, I'm new.)

My strongest weapons, as far as I can tell, are my MK-1 Paris (Which has Orokin Catalyst on it) and the Sobek Shotgun. (And I have a Boltor, if that's any good)

There are some options you may want to consider then
First one is to join public game (I assume you're doing solo up to this point). Raptor tends to focus on one target at a time. During that moment, let other player be the target or let your ally take care of it. Clanmate can do just as well.
Second one is to put some "oomph" to your modding. Give us the screenshot of how you mod your weapon and warframe. We can give you tips.
Third one is to grab another warframe and weapon. Excal is not the tanky type of warframe and much more of a damage dealer.

Ok, you're new so I won't bash you too much for this, but don't potato crap (espically MK-1 weapons) unless you plan on using it ALOT and you know it's gonna be viable for at least what you wanna do.

1. I try to go with a party. And the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ wipes out the entire party. Over and over. (We once got to taking out two of the factories, then everyone ran out of ammo).

I would suggest to avoid this fight for now. Get trinity first and build it around bless skill with high duration and efficiency. That helps to become sort of immortal againts it and even face tank some of his attacks. Also using link skill you can make it damage itself, but you might want to take some energy pads with you for that as keeping both skills up without zenurik passive will be hard.

Or... you can catch some lazy veteran in forum and make them kill it for you. Public matches work fine too, so might want to try it and wait for others to join.

Get rid of mobilize, maximize stretch, then use it. Maximize physique as well, but if you have another aura mod such as rejuvenation or energy siphon or steel charge, that would be better.

And gotta be blunt, with these setup too, it would still be very hard for you to face raptor solo now.

Try asking recruiting chat to help against Raptor.

I see your new so I'm just tossing advice. I know you don't have it or expect you to build it.

1) As others have said, unless your advanced, this isn't really a boss to solo. Theres a lot to do and powerfull weapons will be focused on you and you alone.

2) Team builds:
Slova: slows (duh) enemies and multiplies your damage to them

Duration Magnetize Mag with a Gas Electric Lanka: hides in a corner out of harms way, dropping magnetize bubbles on enemies and raptors and assasinating them

Any tank frame: handles revives and bomb duty

If you need any other help or have questions feel free to ask. I'd offer to help mission wise but I work 12 hrs aday and wowon't be off till the weekend.

I'd focus on maxing out the Shield and Health mod first. Or at least get them to higher levels.

Also, you could potentially kill the raptors with excals 4 (remember this is also buffed my melle mods and melle type) if yoh get close (as there is a damage falloff with range, and if hou melle block with EB it will parry some of the incoming damage.

2 forma soma prime makes short work of them, and the angustrum also is pretty good. (both a bit in the future at this point though) for frame powers, a frost bubble is good until the laser raptor (and good for this as well if you mod up), and a volt shield will stop everything except the raptor MT drones that zap you. pps, if you can kill then just as they rise up (lanka/crit paris prime good for this), the bomb will drop straight down the shaft for an easy kill. (if you are ever online at the same time as me ill help out)

Sobek is an absolute beast. For a shotgun, it's effective range is just OP, and it's spread is very very tight. It's my favourite shotgun and I take it into Sorties versus level 100s where it owns, so I would focus on using and improving that. It needs quite a few Forma to be end game, and a few of the rarer mods too, but it is absolutely worth long-term investment.

Can't help with the Raptor. Is this the boss you get Nova parts from? If so I farmed it last week solo and had no problems at all. Just walked in and killed it 3 times. If it's any help, I used Rhino, as I do on most bosses that I have never fought before. No deaths.
