Rank 6 to 7 Exam

I cant beat this exam. I have been using the following loadout

Valkyr, Krakak, Twin Grakatas.

I could switch to Excalibur but it.s the same problem. I dont want to lose a third time. i assume you only get three chances before you have to restart the leveling up all over again. I need this rank so i can begin the Silver Grove quest

You have an infinite amount of retries. You can also go to a tenno relay to practice the test without triggering the 24 hour cooldown.

Practice your mastery rank tests by going to the relay first before doing the actual test itself. You can do this by going to the relay then Conclave > exit the Conclave room > take the elevator the second floor > go to the Cephalon Simaris' room and go to the hall on the right for mastery rank tests. And no you don't have to re-level your mastery to be able to take it even if you fail more than three times.

If you're in a clan with lots of research done then I suggest getting Ignis because of it's range and if you get the mod Sinister Reach then the reach is extended even further, of course you'll want some good base mods to use with it like Serration and Heavy Caliber with Shred and Split Chamber. Otherwise get something like a Soma to make things easier on yourself since it's automatic.

What's the test? Timed exterminate? For any exterminate, a good trick to rapid killing is a good aoe warframe. Saryn is a solid choice since her abilities can affect and kill multiple enemies at once. Ember with world on fire should work too.

Excalibur is a decent choice. But his javelins aren't as effective since they require enemies to be within line of sight. You could go for high duration and power strength and use his Exalted Blade ability.

You have unlimited tries. The only penalty for failing a test is the 24hr cooldown before you can retake it. You will never derank or lose xp because of failing a test.

Train up using the practice tests in Simaris' room and just try once a day until you win. It's not that hard.

what other primary weapons do you have maxed out avaliable to you?

and the timers aren't short....

This thread is over a year old, please refrain from commenting on it and on other threads which are similarly old. The OP is probably like MR 15 by now, they don't need any more advice.

these threads aren't just for OP but for but for everyone else that's having the same trouble as well. someone replied to a thread i made for an unresolved bug in a completely different game but before i saw it and clarify what the problem actually was someone else made some stupid nonsense about it being an old thread which really pissed me off since my year old issue was still unresolved over there. heres a tip. some threads can take several months to a year or two before any meaningful answers show up

anyways im having serious difficulty with this mission myself and alot of things ive tried just make me feel like im hitting a brick wall as what has already been said thats suppose to work only barely passes during the practice runs. not to mention i dont have access to the frames or loadouts that other people were using to pass it so that doesnt help either to say try x frame. and then ofcourse the OP goes and says hes pased the test without saying how and that really hurts for the rest of us who still have yet to pass this brick wall test. and sofar im now moving along with sliding and agility tricks that seem to sorta work better than any of the other things said here or elsewhere.

The wiki has a very clear walk thru vid with written tips for every mastery ranks test. If y'all would open your eyes to the tools already available you wouldn't tick off the general forum population with these repetitive threads and nekros. You only have yourself to blame for someone getting snippy with you over it.
