Braton or mk1 paris/normal paris, And for secondary I think magnus and lex are pretty strong.

Some fairly decent early game weapons which you can see here which lists them by what mastery rank you can use/craft them at ( http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Weapons_Mastery_Rank ). Would be:

Bows:

-Cernos (useful against Corpus shields)
-Mk1 Paris / Paris (good against armored enemies like Grineer)

Assault Rifles:

-Boltor (at mastery rank 2) fairly easy to use with it's low recoil and decent accuracy, plus it can pin enemies to a wall
-Burston (very easy to obtain weapon) easy to use with it's decent burst fire, low recoil, and good accuracy
-Tiberon (at mastery rank 4) is burst fire only, but packs decent damage, has really good accuracy and uses puncture which is good against armored enemies like Grineer

Flamethrower:

-Ignis (you get this from clantech reserach from your clans dojo if you have joined a clan) which is a flamethrower that can be modded to use various elemental mod combinations to wreck havoc on enemies (needs quite a bit of forma to get going though)

Shotguns:

-Hek (at mastery rank 4) has pretty long range for being a shotgun (it sometimes feels like a sniper rifle sometimes), has pretty high base damage, and uses puncture for it's main stat which is great against armored enemies such as Grineer
-Tigris (at mastery rank 4) has really high accuracy, an interesting trigger type which uses its 2 rounds per magazine in a rapid fashion, is farly efficient ammo wise and uses slash damage as it's main stat which is great against Infested enemies
-Sobek (at mastery rank 4) high base damage, has some really good base ammo capacity with a high ammo pool, fully automatic, isn't too bad at long range, and uses Impact damage which is excellent against Corpus shields

Sniper Rifle

-Rubico (at mastery rank 5) offers base Impact damage which is good against Corpus shields, pretty high damage & critical chance with critical damage, decent with ammo, zooming in will increase your critical damage, and has a fairly small shot combo requirement meaning you can start stacking up your combo to deal more damage

Grenade Launcher:

-Tonkor (at mastery rank 5) can decimate hordes of enemies with a single shot and uses impact damage when the grenade hits while the main damage type is Blast which is great for knocking down enemies. Best part about the Tonkor is that you can use it to 'rocket jump' around, as well

Secondary Weapons:

-Akmagnus (needs two normal Magnus to craft)
-Sonicor (at mastery rank 2) because it is a fairly fun status weapon to use
-Staticor (at mastery rank 5) because of it's base innate radiation damage allows you to add some other damage types to it to make it more interesting

Melee Weapons:

-Karyst which has innate Toxin damage (can always proc Toxin damage on a ground slam attack) and is amazing with the Covert Lethality which is for daggers
-Galatine (at mastery rank 3) is a Greatsword that uses Slash as it's base damage which is good against Infested enemies, has a decent AoE radius if using a jump attack, and has a pretty good status chance if you plan to use elemental mods
-Kronen which is a Tonfa based weapon that has fast attack speed, good status chance, can ragdoll enemies, and has decent slide attack damage. Also uses Slash damage which is great for Infested enemies
-Nikana (at mastery rank 4) is a (Katana-type) weapon that uses Slash as it's base damage again which is great for Infested enemies, high base damage, and the slide attack damage is fairly high & can be executed rather fast

All weapons can be very strong (though some stronger than others in certain departments) if modded properly and be able to excel at what they do and more. Though you'll want to be sure to upgrade your mods so you can get more out of them regardless of what you build towards.

Boltor or Latron for primary and Lex (Aklex if you have enough credits).

Thank you, though, i can't get things like the boltor or the hek (i wan't both of them) because i currently have 1 neurode.
So, now i need to know where to farm for them.

You can farm Neurodes on Earth and other planets (which you probably didn´t unlock yet). But be warned: they are pretty rare, so expect multiple runs without any Neurodes

Which weapons you use is only half. Make sure you are modding effectively. Check out damage 2.0 on wiki.

Will do.

Myself and a friend ran into the neurode problem not so long ago. Ending up running the Earth Cervantes sabatoge and hunting down the resource caches, didnt take too long with the two of us splitting up. Generally got one every other run, but RNG may not smile on you.
lots of good tips given already but just throw out some stuff as well. When you are able to get some good weapons and dont mind grinding, I would say, do some defenses and excavations if possible. This will allow you to get relics and thus do fissures. They will then give you the chance to get primed weapons or frames which will help you even more. Personally, the Braton is a great all around AR with good stats. naturally, the prime version is better but they are both good. As for side arms, its varies based on what you like, but if you want a Handcanon type of pistol, then get Lex. Lex prime even better. Very high damage, very powerful if maxed. Can almost one shot a lot of enemies from low to high range.

Best warframe youtuber right there^^^
A few tips as well, little known fact, WoF build Ember does very well against corpus units with little mod experience. (Drops fram saturn boss. Not sure where that is in relation to where u are in starchart, but you can always ask for taxis. And as always, mods are what make and break your gear, not nesasarily your gear itself. (Except twin vipers , those genuinly suck) learn from youtubers and wiki how damage works and what mods do what.

This is THE suggestion of the thread. Its easy to be distracted by the gun-goodies.. but its how you mod them that makes the either poor or great. There are a number of guides that talk about this in Steam..

I choose guns based on how much lead it can throw, how fast, how accurate, type of damage (impact/slash/puncture). But for raw damage output and elemental damage, the mods are supremely important. That and whether it has a catalyst on it (increases number of mod points available).

And note here I'm not saying all weapons are equal.. they are most definite not.. but even from a poor starting point you can get good damage properly modded.. the question is how easily you can get that damage from the mods you want to run. Some folks run high end missions with multiple-forma'd mk1 weapons.. seems like a waste of time to me.. but its doable.

Honestly, i think i might try getting the boltor, and the tigris, modding those to the best of my ability and see which one i like the best.

If you're already on jupiter, I'm sure farming for Paris Prime wouldn't be hard.
