Are we sure all parts have 10% drop chance ?
I have 0 systems , 1 neuro and 11 chassis parts , is there any missions that has better chance for specific parts ?

Just an unlucky drop rate. Had that happen with Rhino too.

According to that site, the Sevagoth parts each have an exactly 10% chance to drop for Pluto and Veil Proxima void storms. Sounds like you've just been very unlucky.

Your first mistake was to let Warframe Algorithm know that you were farming Sevagoth.

Never let the Algorithm know what you want.

Your second mistake was to let DE know that you are farm Sevagoth.

Everything is now stacked against you.
