There's only so much you can do.
Bullet jumping is the only way. Once you get used to it, you will do it without thinking and with minimal effort. These things take time.
You don't have to look at the ground when you do Bullet Jump (Crouch + jump)
Look in the direction you want to jump, hold Crouch and press Jump. There are mods that parkour velocity and Arcanes like Arcane Agility but you won't get Arcanes until much later in the game. People do not really use these mods because you can move just as fast when you get the rythm right:
Crouch + jump, roll, aimglide. As soon as you touch the ground repeat these 3 steps again.
https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Ice_Spring Here's one mod that makes you jump higher
https://warframe.fandom.com/wiki/Arcane_Agility Here's an Arcane that gives same effect.
...but if I really need to nail a vertical jump I crouch, look up, pause for a breath and to get my head together, then jump. It's not easy to do reliably/accurately when strung into other actions. :D
The Zephyr frame naturally has reduced gravity effects and different airborne physics. She's the one that looks a bit like a bird.
Titania (the fairy) also has significantly buffed jumps. If you're following a Titania she'll leave a patch of fairy dust behind her when she jumps, and if you can bullet jump from within it you'll share her jump buff.
Also, the only reason why looking up isn't the highest is because we can't see straight up 90 degrees
