Fishing in deimos???
What the f happened, who let the intern loose
why are deimos fish UNDERWATER

you cant fish there.

You can't fish there WITH THE SPEAR YOU ARE USING.

You cannot get the fish beneath the exocrine with spears from fortuna and cetus, you need the deimos specific fishing spears to do that.

Yes... (looking at wikia because I don't remember)
Spari Spear and Ebisu Spear you can buy both from Daughter for 500 and 5000 standings.

I remember seeing there's actually a bug with the deimos fishing, not sure if it's known or not but there may be a bug report on warframe's forums. What everyone saying about what spear to use is correct, but there's a bug that doesn't allow you to actually catch the fish, for some reason.

This is the case

The spears get halted on the surface
just like any other spear.
It makes it impossible to catch lets say a Duroid
For said voidrig.
