Void supposedly does the best damage against it, but since void starts at like 100 damage and gets multiplied to like 300, but your gun starts at 1000 and keeps doing that much, don't try the void damage, just shoot them more.

(all numbers faked, but the concept is real that your weapons probably do more than your void damage ever will)

most of them you can just shoot. It makes them a bit of a bullet sponge. Assuming you just started the game, these guys may eat a couple of magazines from a full auto if you don't have any/many good mods in your weapons yet, and once better equipped you may not even notice them vs normal enemy until rather high level content.

one of the types (Guardian, on corpus only) is difficult to shoot, it has a rotating shield against ranged and its generally best to slide attack that one if you are not a good shot, you can double jump and aim glide to get over it and hit them as well.

the ice bubble ones you have to shoot the ice bubble or go through it and use melee. It doesn't have that much health, so breaking it with a weapon isnt too difficult, but they have overguard on top of that.

if you need help modding your weapon to do more damage, you may need to read up on it or ask for advice. Be sure to explain what you have (weapon and mods), as asking without telling that will get you advice on how to use things you don't have yet. But most likely it means you need to acquire mods & rank them up.
