With the subsume system, I tend to use Loki. Prefer stealth characters, due to the stealth tanks from C&C.
I just find it really funny animation-locking every enemy within a sizable range for up to fifteen seconds when I pop Silence during Gloom.
A) I don't care about meta, regardless what game I'm playing.
B) I don't have the time to grind or money to burn on p2w mechanics.
Loki was one of the 3 starting frames when the game launched, it's what I picked, I'm perfectly fine with it.
For all other off-meta frames, it's mostly my sick mind going "wait, I can combo this" and then running with it, no matter how convoluted the build is.
Well, good thing you aren't playing a game with any p2w mechanics then.
I dunno, $50 boosters would suggest otherwise...

No they wouldn't. Boosters aren't pay to win. They're not giving the player some kind of unfair advantage. You can hang out in a relay and get blessings if you want, but at the end of the day it's just shortening the grind, not giving the player who buys it some unachievable bonus. P2W means the players paying have unfair advantages that non-paying players can't have. It's not just a catch-all for literally anything you can spend money on in a game.
