Which is the better way to capture an Black-Banded Bolarola?

If i use the Bolarola pheromone i capture basically only Thornys,if i don't use it i capture mostly Spotted ones,so for the Black-banded i should use the pheromone or not?

Anecdotal, personal experience unfortunately isn't a very good window for a single person to peer at RNG, so it may seem to you like the pheromone is only good for Thorny. That's just lame luck. If you want the best chances at getting a Black Banded, yeah, use the pheromone if you'd like.

Thank you for the answer,i will keep trying to find them using the pheromone.Too bad it's works the exactly same way for every conservation target,the one between the common and the rarest are the hardest to find.

At a point, I just try and capture as many of an animal, wholesale. I ignore pheromones and just try to do as many captures as I can. Brute force the numbers, you know. Eventually bound to get the rarer ones I want.

Have gotten 15 consecutive thorny bolarola and not one of the mid tier... loosing my mind

every one with pheromone gave me the thorny one, each time with the business gushing about how rare they are -_-

im with yalls on this i use ivara eff and dur based for stealth and sleep arrow ez perfect captures ive literally caught about 40 to 50 bolarola's so far mix of with and without pheramones... 0 black banded bolarolas so far.. wtf is going on

just got one that was randomly up wanted to post was prob just really unlucky or they broke some spawn numbers so black banded is stupidly rare

Conservation is another system warframe released then never touched again that badly needs a rework. With phero's you have like a 95% chance of rares, without its like 95% chance of commons. Tbh ive found more rares without, and commons with then uncommons also. The weighting is just very badly done, and no matter what you do, uncommons are going to be the worst to find. I do believe wild spawns have a much more equal distribution so ive taken to just flying around listening to calls whenever i need an uncommon

This was reworked not that long ago. I tried 10 of the Pheromones' and didn't get a black. Then i just randomly flew around and got one. Might be the way to go.

This. Just Fly around. I spent way too much time using the normal tracking garbage. I found 2 Black Bands, both random spawns. Pro Tip, Fly around on the edge of the map. Near the The right corner where you can blink pad right on the edge is where I went, and I got both that way. First one was luck based, found it between hunts. Eventually tried again and found another Black-Band. So yeah. Don't use the Lure system for Black-Bands. Just go fly around and pray. Luckily I found my 2nd one pretty fast after giving up on Lures.

Thank you. Just flying around at the right edge worked pretty quickly after hours of trying other things.

Try wonder around in Harindi crater. It took me half an hour to find both Black-Banded Bolarola and Vallis Kubrodon in Harindi
