The ratio between eximus health and normal health is about 10 to 1, so there's no way to Condamn them in that time frame before they die. And even if you do you're most likely just hitting one or two enemies at a time, rendering it still completely useless in Eximus Stronghold.
As if it wasnt enuff, it takes 10 arrows dealing 150k-300k each before their overshield drops and they finally die..... That is with my best weapon, so as soon as i get 6-8 of em at same time, its game over for me.
In all seriousness though, I use both through Helminth for shield gating purposes, and while I'd sure think it's nice to be able to use condemn on eximus for at least their shields, I'll be fine even if it wasn't.
running the ability 24/7 is no big deal, but you don't need to keep it active, only when enemies are around and you need your overshields again. You can do something like casting the 2, then the 3 to set things on fire, then turn off the 3 when the 2 is over so you minimize how many shields the 3 actually burns up
Buut - they're changing them again with the next update. So sorta hold off for a bit and see how that affects things.
all abilities that deal with enemies non-damagingly, like pulling them towards you, ragdolling them, stunning them etc... for the purpouse of survivability
Anyway guys this wasn't meant to say Pillage is OP, nor was it specifically about Eximus Stronghold (which was only an extremization where Harrow literally can't do anything, the main problem is the rest of the game where eximus are)
It was simply about the fact that replenishing shields on Eximus shouldn't be such a controversial thing since Hildryn can do it and since Harrow relies so much on shields/overshields being able to draw them from eximus would be a nice thing to tweak, while still being unable to stun them.
What matters is being able to get enough shields constantly where you can keep being shield gated and eximus pose a double threat in this regard because they neither make you shield gate, nor do they stop from breaking your shields, and shields go down pretty much in one or two hits, not even mentioning infested's toxins which almost always one hit you.
Oh and Harrow doesn't "become invincible on command".
Unless you never use Covenant and always keep it in case you're about to get taken down (which, at this point why even play Harrow and what does Harrow even give you more than a Wisp I say) you can't use it because it can't be refreshed.
And let's say you keep it as a last resort, then you either play low durability which means you have like 1-5 seconds of invincibility (might as well shield gate) or you're gonna have to wait the same time as you were invincible, meaning on top of a 100 energy cost you'll also have a countdown.
And no the breakaway here is not Laetum, but the augment Lasting Covenant, which makes Covenant permanent as long as you headshot, meaning you sacrifice what little chance you had at casting Covenant at the right time to save your ass (actually useless in my opinion) for the benefit of never having to recast Covenant again and always red critting enemies, which means though that you have to headshot, making Condemn far more superior than Pillage.
Anyway I know you don't play Harrow and by the comments you left you seem pretty angsty against any positive change but the simple matter of fact I'm complaining about is that I can replenish shields with Harrow, just, not with Harrow, because his ability is CC.
when they use them (slightly different or each one). If you see it, don't stand in that zone. They're really obvious to so....... Just step to the left
Going to sound like an ass but you would know this if you....I don't know...read the mod?
Blazing Pillage is a Warframe Augment Mod for Hildryn that makes enemies affected by Haven receive Heat damage with a guaranteed proc and restore Shields to Hildryn when hit by Pillage.
