Try to do it a couple of times to memorize the 1-2 spheres that are the most difficult to capture and you're good to go.

Oh and if you find yourself too slow for the spheres then try sliding every couple of seconds from sprinting. And for those difficult spheres that sometimes go absurdely fast, prepare yourself and start bullet jumping as soon as they move.
