Having trouble starting quest: Natah
As a returning player I have a huge backlog of quests to catch up with. I have every planet open and complete except for Eris and Lua. I think I have gotten to the point where to continue to getting thse unlocked, I have to get a quest called "Natah". According to the wiki, to start this off I need to scan a "strange drone" in any Grineer underwater tileset on Uranus.

Now I HATE that planet as it involves the poorly implemented archwing garbage, but I am forcing myself to do it for this quest. I've ran a few of these underwater levels so far, but no sign of any strange drone to scan.

Can anyone remember if there is anythig special you need to do to make these drones appear? Such as running a specific level? Or running solo or whatever? Many thanks.

Well just go on a cap misson or smth on uranus. Wait for that strange sounds and lights (like stalker's but different) then search nearby for "oculyst"s. They are flying blue things. So scan them if you see any. They are usually close to each other.(2 of them spawns)

I've watched that and already knew this info. It just isn't happening, that's the problem. Is the chance for the spawn extremely low? Or is there something I might have done already that prevents it from spawning?

I've run the capture mission a few times just to test it and while it doesn't always spawn I get it to spawn atleast most of the time. I'd say just keep running it till you get it because capture missions generally don't take too long to do anyways.

More completed nodes increases their rate of spawning chance, or so they say.
It was stated by [DE] Steve that Oculysts become 'more interested' in players who complete more Grineer Sealab missions, increasing the chances of the Oculyst appearing.

I have every node on Uranus open. Although I must have done all that years ago when I first played the game and BEFORE the horror of archwing was added to it. Maybe it doesnt count?
I also do not have the gateways leading to Uranus completed either, despite the nodes within being completed.

DE really need to look into the fact that the game is a NIGHTMARE for returning players trying to catch up.

If there's no blue glowing node, then you already cleared all of them up. Best way then is to do what Daitetsu said.
