well idk if khoras dome even attachs to them since they are like minibosses

They seem immune to cc so i doubt pilfering swarm or strangledome will work. Nekros might work if they can be desecrated.

Back before they nerfed Octavia against the necramech guardians, I used to bring the Desecrate kubrow (I forget the name).
That may still work, so you can use whichever frame you prefer.

It's a bit tricky; it's best if there aren't other corpses or broken containers (it desecrates broken containers too) around when the mech dies or the kubrow may focus on the wrong thing, but I did have some luck with it.
