Intrinsics: WTF!

So I did about 10-12 railjack missions today, getting anywhere from one to four intinisics each mission. Took me a few missions to figure everything out with the update but I did finally figure it all out, gliches included. So when I go to spend my intrinsics in my dry dock it shows only one intrinsic to spend. Thinking I can only upgrade everything to level two after they are all at level one, I level all four schools up to one, having to do one more mission at a time to get more intrinsics. Once that's all done I get 3 in a mission so I go to update them and I still only have 1 available.

Has anyone else had trouble with getting intrinsics available to upgrade? And is there anywhere I can see how many I have stored up cause I can't find it in inventory or foundry components or anywhere else.

I didn't have any trouble with intrinsics points so far. Actually, unless the intrinsics are influenced by affinity boosters, I had the opposite happen. My first mission I got four Intr to spend, but when I got to drydock, it showed 9.

Sometimes it bugs out, and doesn't properly update your resources if you're say, going from mission to dock to mission to dock. If you leave the instance entirely, go from the orbiter to your dry dock, then you should find everything correctly displayed.
